Shipping/Delivery
We ship Australia wide using Australia Post Services. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout and added to your order. For your convenience we offer a flat shipping rate of $12 for all large parcels including nappy cakes and gifts, regardless of their size. However if you purchase a small item you will have the option to choose cheaper postage during checkout. Most of our small items also contain FREE shipping. We also offer FREE post for orders of $100 or more. Mums Bubs and Gifts makes every effort to package your items safely and securely, we do not take any responsibility for items being lost or damaged while in transit via Australia Post. However if loss or damage does occur we are always happy to discuss your situation with you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Payment Methods
We offer safe, secure credit card payments via PayPal, you can use this method even if you don't have a PayPal account. If you do not wish to pay using your credit card, we also offer for your convenience Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order. Returns Policy
Please make your selection carefully as we do not provide a refund if you simply change your mind, in this instance we will provide an exchange only. If your item is faulty or damaged upon receiving it please notify us within 72hrs. In order for a refund or exchange to occur the item/items must be returned to us within 7 days, the customer will incur the return postage costs. A refund or exchange will be processed and then redelivered to you. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance so if you have any problems with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us and we will discuss your situation.
